There we were, standing at a trail intersection perched on a ridge saddle after a brutal climb. The air was thin, the sky vast, and beneath us, the Snake River Range stretched out like an endless sea of peaks and valleys. Straight ahead, it felt like the moment of truth—
Here we go, dropping in.
Our heart rates were still elevated from the climb, and the energy between us was undeniable—vibrations were high, almost electric. Each of us was locked into the moment, bikes ready, minds focused.
With a quick nod, @samschultz13, @branham.snyder, @loosleydialed, and I took off on a traverse across the northern section of the Snake River Range. Just another day, deep in the Idaho backcountry, riding that fine line between exhaustion and exhilaration.
